APPLICATION DIRECTIONS:

Acid etch concrete if surface is very smooth use 1 part hydrochloric acid diluted with 10 parts water. Broom on surface, leave for 10 minutes - do not let dry out, then hose off with copious amounts of water, allow to dry before sealing.

FIRST COAT:

If coloured sealer, must be mixed with a mechanical spiral mixer, stir before application. Thin first coat with 10% to 20% Xylene to aid permeation of first coat. Apply coating evenly with brush, roller or spray gun. Do not allow sealer to form into pools and do not apply too thick a coat as this can cause blistering to occur.

SECOND COAT:

Apply neat from drum as above, do not dilute. Apply any time after first coat has dried, from approx. 4 to 12 hours depending on temperature.

CLEANING:

UNISEAL can be removed from tools and equipment by applying Xylene.
