We have added a simple system for Account Customers to place an order online for your convenience. For those occasions when you can’t get hold of us or you wish to organise goods after hours, simply go to the website and click on the ‘Sales’ tab or go directly to http://www.conpro.com.au/account-customers/
This is how it works:
1. Fill out your company, contact and job details in the ‘fields’ provided
2. Type in the product details in the Order ‘fields’. Press the + to add a new product line.
3. Nominate if you are going to pick it up or have the goods sent by courier. Nominate timing.
The order request then gets sent to Conpro emails (Sales, Michael & David). We then process the order and prepare a Tax invoice in the same way as if the order came over the phone. A copy of the email request will be treated as an official Purchase Order. Before using this service, please check with your Accounts Department that this service is suitable for your internal systems.
